Wish there was better info about the complete content and add-ons. Also info on future seasons that will come out in the future. Easy to use app for playing videos, but a pain to figure out what’s available and how to purchase ones that cost money. Be nice if there was a link to purchase , a huge oversight. Plus a link to details about the series or movie would be incredible.

I get you don’t want to include a lot of free stuff as you want people to buy and rent BUT has the thought crossed anyone’s minds that (gasp) you tell us rental & purchase prices within the app!?!?! Bigger gasp — maybe even let us buy it there!?!?! It is so ridiculous that if I search a title, tap it, it says add to watchlist. Um so I can’t watch unless I’m not on an apple device? Don’t you think you should make that possible? I mean Netflix can do it, they also make it so I can stream to my tv and such.... yes, right from my phone app... Ok so next up I literally have to go to amazon (outside of this app) and buy or rent anything because typing on my tv is completely dumb since I have to type from my Bluetooth tv mouse app... massive eye roll. It’s so much easier to use my phone like I can do with almost every app on the planet! This is the only app I’ve ever seen that makes it a pain to use. Maybe it’s just me but this app is a glorified TV guide. The most I can do is add stuff to a watch list ?♀️?♀️? can we perhaps make it like an app that’s really useful? As of now I can search things I want to watch, add to watchlist, then go to my tv, then rent, or watch.

Amazon prime says join and there are a list of 4 popular shows and 3 of the 4 has been removed and the interface has been the same old thing for years they need a new update with more personalization with profiles and better organization they shouldn’t have an option for each season they should show just the tv show and then you can see which seasons are on prime from there

Let me say their selection of content is nice. BUT the app itself needs a major overhaul! The user interface is terrible. You can’t search by genre. It’s very hard to locate shows. The way they divide up the seasons of Tv shows is very odd. The whole app is a little frustrating. If they would make their app similar to Netflix app it would be great. Pros: Nice selection of titles, “XRay option that shows extra information about scenes/actors during watching is nice. $8 a month is reasonable. Cons: Interface, whole layout of app & things I listed above. Lack of good, original content.

I wish this app gave me a way to sort by ratings. Instead, this app reminds me of looking at knick knacks in a really large garage sale. It’s an overwhelming quantity of things that are worth very little that I assume amazon grabbed for pennies on the dollar. Maybe one or two good movies are added per year. The rest are B List stuff you can find at 2am on any given cable channel. This app doesn’t help you find good stuff either. Mostly throws random stuff at you that amazon users wisely rate like 1.8 stars. I wish there were fewer but higher quality stuff. In the meantime, how about a way to filter the 2% quality from the 98% nonsense?
