This app is the worst u can’t even use it to watch ANYTHING and it won’t let u delete it when ur done and i checked i got it on my friends phone and it would let them delete it either so don’t get this app

Always buffering in the middle of movie. Sometimes kicks me out completely so have to log in again. If not for this I would have given 5 stars.

Nice bonus from Prime membership

I had Prime for quite a while before I began to utilize the entertainment aspect, I guess because I didn’t own a fire stick. For an investment of around $35, I can now access all of the Prime movies and programming. Totally blown away by some of the Prime originals. The screen occasionally sticks, especially on PBS and not sure who to blame for that. Did the same on Sling when I had that. I added HBO, Showtime, and a few other networks I like and am saving a fortune from my previous Dish account. And I love the Prime originals.

App problems

I have never had so many problems watching I paid money for. I bought full seasons of shows and can’t watch them on this app. Forget that I pay for Amazon Prime and if only works half the time. These are shows I paid money for so I own them and I can’t get them to play. I can watch YouTube on my data and do all kinds of other things on my data. BUT I can’t watch shows I paid for on my data. I have emailed a few times with no response or update to my account. It’s crazy.

Three words: Parks and Rec

The only reason I use this app is to watch parks and rec and it performs phenomenally. I love that you can download episodes and when I’m in the car I can watch things without having to worry about WiFi (of course I do not watch and drive I am only a passenger). Thank you and good day

Wish there were a wider selection of older shows

I like Prime Video except for the limited selection on some old shows such as Tom Hanks movie classics. Otherwise, I am enjoying it.

Too Bad they don’t have a better streaming library

So don’t get me wrong the fact that my amazon prime subscription offers this as incentive is a bonus, but too bad they don’t have a better streaming library to choose from. They need to work on getting more variety of updated movies & shows.

Can’t cast from iPhone app

I think it’s pretty petty of Amazon to refuse to set up their app to cast from an iPhone. It’s not as if the tech isn’t there, and they have the function available in their android app from what I’ve read. I know you can still do it via an internet browser on an iPhone, but that runs down battery life significantly more than casting from the app to a chromecast like nearly every other major streaming app allows you to do. Petty, Amazon. Be better.
