Won’t connect

I’ve had the app, but just recently lost my remote. I figured it didn’t really matter since I could control it all from my phone. Sometimes it connects and works wonderfully. The majority of the time it won’t connect so I end up giving up. I’ll try to reconnect 20 times and I keep it updated. Nothing makes it work.

I can never connect to my device. I am not connected to any other device nor have bluetooth on and it continues to say that it is searching for devices, while my device is turned on with no problem. I am at a close ranged distance to my device too but nothing has seemed to work.

I like it. It's convenient for when I loose my remote. I notice it can control tv resolution, any chance it could operate the volume?

It’s annoying that you have to unplug your firestick for it to connect to the app. So if ur watching netflix and after the 4th episode and it asks you if you are still watching, if you haven’t used the remote app in a few minutes, then the app will have disconnected from your firestick and you will have to either restart your firestick or restart your phone. It’s a hassle. Sn- I haven’t even had my firestick for a year and it’s beyond ridiculous that the remote already doesn’t work. It’s actually corroding any batteries I put in it. So a garbage app to replace a garbage product...
Cool but finicky

When the app connects, it works great. However, the app fails to connect a lot. Hopefully a few future app updates will fix this! 3.5 stars
Still no support for iPhone X

C’mon Amazon ... with the exception of sometimes hanging this is an otherwise great app if you’d just add iPhone X support!
