We as consumers paid money for these apps, and the developers did not update them, so we can not use our app, or get our money back. And I bought all of the apps by this developer, and none of them work any longer. Why no updates?!? Please update your apps or give us our money back!!!!
I love this app but I can no longer use it. The developer has to update the app to iOS 11.

I was a little hesitant to use this, mainly because when I tried other apps I realized it wasn't working well. So far, this app is working really well. I was looking for an workouts, because me and my brother were having a competition to see who could get and first. Let's just say that I was rocking my little 4-pack, until I stopped doing this after a while... Other than that, this app works great. Results started to show for me after a few days, I don't really remember. I didn't get abs right away, but I was loosing belly fat. But what I do know is that by the end of week 1 my stomach was flat. And my you could feel my abdominal muscles, and sometimes see them if I wasn't bloated. I'm pretty sure I got my results faster than the rest because, I did it everyday at 6:30pm. 4 hours before I usually eat dinner. Btw, eating healthy will really help you out.
It's hard it click on the workout you want to do... because every 5 seconds an ad pops up. ? but when you finally get the work out ? it's pretty great! ??
