Lost all my videos

While editing one of my videos, my phone ran out of battery. When I opened it back up after charging, all of my private videos disappeared. Very frustrated that hours of effort got deleted .

How exactly does the formula for video exposure work? Ever since I got to around 400 followers, I post a video, and for the first hour I get 15-20 followers. And then I get none for the rest of the time it’s active. Then I’ll get 500-700 likes per video, and half the time it’s not even featured and I get the same number of likes. How can I get so many likes without features? Why don’t I get more likes when I’m featured? Why don’t people with thousands of followers get more likes than me? And why do I only get followers for the first hour of a video being posted? And also, what happens once you win a tournament? I’ve won a few and if didn’t even tell me anything. I just ended it at number 1 and that was it. I like posting on the app but I honestly have no idea how the formula’s work.

When I record a video I like to make it private and edit it before I post it. I came back and the videos were gone. Please fix it though.

I like the app it is just very annoying when I make a video and save it as private so I can post it later and it deletes my private videos. I was so upset when my videos were deleted. Is there a way I can get my videos back?

It is a good app, but I had a lot of trouble changing my username like if I use the letters, numbers, or whatever they want me to use, I still can’t change it.

Every time for not even I minute I get kicked out of the app it’s so annoying and my phone has no problem with other apps related to this one.

Whenever I’m on Amazer, the app closes. It’s when I’m replying to a comment or checking out pictures from the group chat thingys. Also, for the group chats pictures, people post unrelated things. For example, in the Loona chat, some people post pictures of bts and one of a SHIP between Jimin from BTS and Rosé from Blackpink. If you didn’t know, bts doesn’t want to be shipped with other girl groups. It also disgusts me very much. I hope you guys do something about this. Another thing, can you make a new feature or something where you could block, report and ban people from group chats etc.? It would be nice so we wouldn’t have to deal with hate and people talking about other groups when it is specifically about one group. But the rest of this app it amazing :)

I’m sorry not trying to complain or anything but whenever I try to get on the app it would just turn off and take me back to my home screen and I’m already logged in I don’t know if it kicked me out or something but can you please fix that!
