Can’t log in

I hope this problem gets fixed. I already have an account and I can’t seem to log in. Without logging in I also can’t send a help email so I have no choice but to write a review on it instead. Whenever I tried logging from Facebook, google, or email. It tells me that the username and email has already been registered? Yet I haven’t been logged in at all and it keeps telling me to log in when obviously it won’t let me. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it multiple times and still can’t log into my acct. I hope this gets solved. Other than that it would've received a better rating.

Hey! I actually for a split second got excited to dance and upload things on this app. As soon as I saw a Monsta C challenge that was, I suppose “sponsored” by this app, downloaded it immediately. After the download, j checked things out and it looked great. Planned to dance later. Now that’s it later, I open the app back up and could no longer listen to music or watch videos. I uninstalled then reinstalled but still got the same results. Bummer ??

What’s with the username

Whenever I tried to make a username it always says it needs like 22-30 words but when I look at others accounts theirs only have like 8 so please help me idk what to do

Today I downloaded this game and I was disappointed. Logging is okay but when I tried to recorded a video, it froze and kicked me out of the game.So I did it again and it happens again. And it was laggy soo bad that I couldn’t stand it anymore. Please fix it!

When I try to input a nickname it always rejects it saying that usernames can contain letters, numbers, or underscores. I'm doing that but it still rejects it. Overall it's a good app tho

I really like this app but it has a few problems. When I'm looking at the battles, sometimes the videos take forever to load, freeze, or just won't play at all. And like, how do you know if you won a battle or not? The mechanics are a bit confusing.
