Can’t Sign In

I can sign in to the website, but not the app. This is a horrible user experience. The app is completely useless if I cannot sign in. Based on other reviews, I would still have a poor experience if I could actually sign into the app. I think it’s time to find a better app where the company is focused on user experience.

The app doesn’t crash as it used to, but they took away categories. All the recipes I had in different groups is no longer possible. What a shame. Why did you take that away?

I’ve used this site for years with no issues. Wasn’t a fan of some of the recent changes but could work around them. Now I’m locked out of the app. I’ve changed my password, done all the uninstall etc. nothing. I can use on my PC but the whole point was to have it on my phone for the convenience. When I change the password on my phone, the phone app doesn’t recognize it but the website on my PC does. Frustrating

What happened to the app?

I have been using this app for years, and loved it. Note: LOVED. Not so much love anymore. I cannot login to the app on my phone. I get a message telling me that my email or password is incorrect. However, I can login on my desktop. But I don’t want my desktop in my kitchen, I want my phone or my iPad. Also, my collections all disappeared off my phone on the app. It might be time for something else. I have sent three messages about my issues with no response from the maker. Ugh!

No more categories

I used to love this app! It was my go to for cooking and trying new things. However, they removed the categories in the “Favorites” tab which I perfectly organized for my use. Now I have to search through each saved recipe to find anything. I’ve emailed their feedback address and got absolutely no response. Please PLEASE put the categories back in the favorites!!!!

It’s annoying that I can sign in on the app. I tried resetting my password and it keeps telling me my password is wrong. I can sign in just fine on the website but not in the app. The conviene of the app is totally lost!!!

So upset over loss of notes.

I have used and loved this app for years. With no warning you removed all of my notes to my favorite recipes. I’m giving it 2 stars only because it is still a great resource, but all my notes for improvement of recipes are gone. And now you can’t add any notes or comments to your favorite recipes. Or keep them in any files to find easily. Horrible, horrible update.
