I have deleted Alisa bingo because it kept telling me “ can’t connect to server. Then after deleting I redownloaded the game. Still keeps telling me “can’t connect to server”. I have restarted my iPad over and over again. I love this site and hope you can fix it

Your free prizes for advertisement watching are clearly no longer available...they shouldn’t be in the description on the App Store. ALSO- it would be GREAT if people could actually make purchases...every single time I click to buy packages this game will not load any way to confirm purchase. Stupid things that should be fixed but probably won’t ?

I purchased .99 cent package and never received it. Thought it just didn’t go through, so I purchased again. Said it was approved and AGAIN didn’t receive the package. I got NOTHING but was still charged. Played this game for years. Not playing anymore. Shady company!

The only good thing about this game is that there are no ads which is great! The downside has me deleting the app though. It takes waaaaay too long to complete a level. It's almost impossible to collect all the items and I play every day! Not recommended.

I'd give it 5 stars but it has a problem with freezing up. You loose your chips, points, & possibly bingos. I’ve tried more than 1 of alias bingos. They all have a server problem. They freeze up. You lose all the points & energy you’ve used. They don’t record bingos. If it freezes. You lose! I like the game but this happens too often. I won’t give it anymore than a 1 star now.
