Paid for coins and power ups... got nothing

I just paid for a bundle of power ups, keys and coins and didn't get anything. Then I try to get ahold of the person in charge but can't find a link to contact them anywhere. I'm very very frustrated right now. It's hard enough trying to get all the keys and power ups you need to actually play and win the game but now I missed out on 10 chests because I didn't get my coins and couldn't buy anymore keys! If someone could please make this right I would really appreciate it.

This is such a great bingo game I love the different levels . Not too much of a challenge but fun

I like this game, but it seems impossible to finish the rooms. I’ve been on the same room for months and never get the last item in the collection. Occasionally you get a room with several players, much more fun than when there is only 2 or 3 players which is the norm.

This a a good basic bingo game. You can get coins and credits daily along with a daily spin for the chance to get more coins, etc. I hope they create auxiliary games - I.e. treasures on the bingo card that can be collected for additional credits, etc. I have been impressed with their fairness when there is a glitch in the game or server they always reimburse the player for credits lost. Thank you for that.

Cute game but twice now I’ve bought the ‘special’ offer of coins and tickets and I guess it is special in that YOU DON’T GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR! Yeah it’s only 99c but multiply that by 1000’s of players and what a nice little scam you’ve got going there!
