I love working out with Alexia. The workouts are totally different from one day to the next and the app is easy to just scroll through them and turn the timer when needed. Haven’t had any issues for the year I’ve been using it.
This app is a game changer. The workouts are never boring and so effective. I’m a 50 year old women who struggled to do weight training. I found Weight trading extremely boring and I didn’t seem to get me heart rate up to maximize any kind of results. In the past I would rely on cardio to loose / maintain my weight, which has taken a major toll on my joints. Moving forward to now, I’ve only completed one week of workouts with this app and I’m already feeling results. I can’t wait to see what my results will be in 30-60-90 days. I highly recommend this program.

I really didn’t think I’d stick with any kind of fitness plan but I actually look forward to seeing the next workout and even though it’s super hard right now I’m still doing every workout because they’re different and interesting and dare I say fun?!
The app is so much better than the previous Webpage format. Is easy to follow provides excellent explanation and demonstrations of the exercises. However I would love to see features like sync with health apps as well as with music playing apps in order to improve the overall customer experience. By the way LOVE the program is awesome.
Alexia Clark and her work out program never cease to amaze me. There are so many options including home and gym, as well as 30 or 60 minute workouts. She gives you step-by-step instructions and a short video showing you how to do each exercise with the proper form. This is by far the best all around workout app I have found. Great variety, great results! It also comes with a great network that helps motivate and support. Alexia for the win!! The Queen Team is the best.
