Great Concept, Unreliable App

I’ve been using the paid version of this app off and on for a few years. The developers have been really responsive to feature requests, which is great. When the app works, it’s almost perfect. The problem is that it doesn’t consistently work. Even when all the conditions are met that iOS requires for a third party alarm to work, the Alarmy alarm doesn’t always go off. In fact, I’m writing this on a Friday and not once this week has the alarm worked properly.

I love this app because it does so much (different alarm modes, sounds, news, horoscopes, weather, tells u how many hours until alarm goes off, can set custom alarm, sleep sounds, nice layout) the only thing is.. and I don’t mean to ruin this for you.. but when I wake up I do everything in my night to not wake up, so I tried this app and woke up from it, then got the idea to just go to settings and turn off notifications for it.. and it worked :/

I set a battery operated alarm before Alarmy goes off, and the motivation to shut off Alarmy before it goes off has been nearly the only thing that can get me out of bed in the morning. Worst thing ever, so it's the best thing ever.

This isn't the sole thing that wakes me up but it's an amazing support for my real alarm clock to get me out of bed, really recommend this app greatly. It's done wonders and has many amazing features that will definitely help you go to sleep and wake up

I have it and I have to keep downloading it because I delete the app in the morning when I get annoyed with it! Oops!

I adore this app!! It’s the best alarm clock I’ve ever had, I will admit I am not a morning person by any means so I initially went through the first week or so with this App deleting it every morning ? and reinstalling it every night!!! Nothing has ever worked this good for me to wake up in the morning, and always on the first alarm. This app is a total life changer for real!! Thank you!!! LOVE IT!
