I have loved this app for a long time! It helps me wake up with ease. I have been having trouble with it since my most recent iOS update, but hopefully it will get resolved!

Utilize sleep program for 4 to 5 hours nightly, lately over the past several nights an hour before the program is scheduled to end, a loud noise is generated by the program, greatly disturbing my sleep several hours before my scheduled alarm. App has great potential but can’t recommend if you can’t get a good night’s sleep. I had contacted support for help and never received a response (I had upgraded to the premium app....SAD). BUGGY APP and POOR customer support are a terrible combination.

I like waking up to the birds and wind chimes. Thank goodness you can turn down the voice on the meditation so that you don't have to hear it. Wish you didn't have to pay for each sound upgrade.

I despise being startled awake. My favorite mix is wind chimes and small chirping birds. It’s just enough to rouse me out of sleep without making me crabby. I’m recommending this app on Reddit right now!

Great alarm clock. Helps me wake up earlier. I like the sounds. I like the adjustment feature my only complaint is that everytime I use it, it drains 90% of my battery. Resulting low batter in the next day. Now I don’t know what y’all doing in the background that drains so much. Seems suspicious to me. I’m deleting the app then.

I have no problem falling asleep but it’s hard for me to stay asleep. I like the soothing sounds of the crashing waves. I don’t know if the brain waves this app has are scientifically proven but I love the technology since it works for me.
