Peaceful

I love the gentle sounds of the alarms!

Best sleep app ever!!!

Meeka0530

By far my favorite sleep app ever -- couldn't live without it!! I’ve used it for literally like 10 years and I have never missed a night!

Ahhhhh....?

The sounds in this app allow me to all of a sudden realize I am awake. It feels easy to get up and just matter-of-fact, it’s time to get up. Vs my normal startled awake by alarm, or being in the middle of some weird dream so I can’t seem to wake up, playing a game to wake up until I learn to play it mostly asleep, and through all these waking feeling forced, tired and stressed. Feeling great with this app after just a few days.

Only way to wake up!

Kjjjjj515

I hate being woken up by buzzers or other abrupt alarms (I.e. all the alarms that come with phones) because it sends my system straight into fight or flight and gets my day started on a stressful note. This app is the solution! Getting to be woken up by birds even in the dead of winter in my city apartment is a dream. The ads are annoying and the interface is a bit janky but it's still the best thing out there I've found for waking up easefully.

Hubby sleeps better with this app

So far so good ?

The best!

I have not purchased one thing and am still so satisfied with what is available. It really is worth it and yiu wake up in a much happier mood (as opposed to a typical alarm clock noise). Love it!!

Not bad but...

I liked the early version.

Battery drain

Jay Felay

The first morning alarm was great and I was very impressed. However, the app needs to be open for the alarm to go into effect thus the need to reset it every night. Having the app open all night caused significant battery drain (100% down to 47% in the morning) so the device must be charging while the app is in use. I’m not one to charge my phone next to the bed so this didn’t work out for me. Not sure why a single app would drain the battery so much from simply being open.

This truly helps

The underlying pulses really helps me to sleep, often when nothing else does. I’m limited on meds I can take due to a medical condition and I have trouble sleeping. I need my rest to do my job as a teacher so this saves me.
