Ive never had trouble falling asleep, but muscle aches and hot flashes have made my nights restless and less restorative than I'd like. The meditation as I fall asleep, in just the first few nights, has significantly changed my sleep patterns so I rest well and wake refreshed, minimizing my hot flashes and relaxing my muscles.

I don't just use this for falling sleep because seems like my brain works actively when I am sleep. So I let the music with brainwaves run the whole night. It actually works great! I have been sleep much better so far, and once sleep quality improves, many other things go with it too. Hope I have had discovered this much sooner.

I have newly diagnosed OSA and just has a lumbar laminectomy. I used this app and for the first time in my life, I woke up feeling rested and in the same position in laid down in the night before. Typically the covers and pillows are all over the place. I set the sounds as similar to Holosync with chimes and rain with pink noise.
So far so good!

I just recently started to use this App and so far so good. I can’t absolutely say it’s perfect for me until the time I have used it for several weeks & after I have tried all the features available. Stay tuned and I will providing update to this review after my first month.

This used to be my favorite app for going to sleep. Now when I updated, they took away some of the custom programs I had already created by making some of the features premium. That’s not right. You can do it for future programs, but not ones you already own.
Good alarm app

This is an Ok alarm clock relative to others out there. I use it as an alarm. It has lot of other functions I don’t use. It seems that to use it fully you have to pay.
