iPhone 6+ (version 12.3.1.) This app wont load...shuts off. Deleted\re-installed..same thing.

What a mess!! Just send me to web site. If I am logged in why does the app need to redirect to the web site to reinput basic info like address and primary card number? These should be stored in my profile along with the ability to default to skip the counter. Then when I leave the rental garage I have to give the agent my card and license all over again.
