Doesn’t work

When I open the app or do anything, a pop out window said “an error occurred”, so I can’t log in or do anything. This app looked well designed so pls fix this quickly.

Can’t change drivers without losing reservation!

Was told by customer support to cancel a reservation and then they could move it under my wife’s name so that’s what I did. Then they told me it would be $300 more for the exact same reservation!!!
