And I thought Good for Enterprise was bad. At least Good made a sound when you got an email or meeting notification. This app doesn't update or notify you when you have a new email. And, by the way, the app doesn't even work half the time. Authentication issues, server sync issues-- it's just complete garbage. I have no idea why in the world my company would Force us to use this app.

Lost this ability in a previous upgrade. Gives a false error about rights management. Don't you have a checklist of items to test with each release? Your customers do. Poor testing before deployment It also took your support team almost an entire month of back and forth correspondence, examples, and calls to finally prove to you it's a bug on your side! Too late to fix before this release Learn to test your properly. Also require your dev team to use this as their only email client. They obviously aren't using it even to test thoroughly. Require it as the only email allowed and see how quickly bugs are identified and resolved!

Not a fan. The app does not sync well and often cannot reach its own server. Often emails will not even appear unless I login to my workstation outlook. Periodically have to delete the whole thing and reinstall to get it to unfreeze and start working again. When I changed my corporate password it lost all connection. I reinstalled four times over two days before it started working again.

To read any email written in v3.4 recipients have to manually scroll to the right to read any email on iOS 10...or have to manually guess at where to put a return...

- This should use Touch ID - This should have been updated for iPhone 6 and 6+ sized screens. It is not! You could fit a lot more mail on the screen if you did! - This shouldn't lie to me about when mail is sent or received. One time it sent two mails TWELVE days after I had pressed send. That is terrible!! Has happened more than once. - Sometimes I open the app and make it check for new messages. Then it tells me I have none and that it is done checking. But in actuality I have time-critical emails that need my reply but AirWatch decides to instead confirm to me that there are no new messages. Reliably sending and receiving email are table stakes for any competent email client! - Folders will sync oldest-message first. Which usually isn't the greatest: if you have a folder you accidentally moved something to but haven't opened on your phone, prepare to wait for months of old messages load first before the most recent is available. Not great.

Our employer apparently does not want people to operate efficiently. This app is horrible. Down more than it is up. The lousy company has a policy that blocks customers from getting help directly. What stupid executive made that decision? Should be fired.

With iOS 11 release, when prompted to enter the passcode, it blocks the “login” once you enter the passcode

It works for a while and then it starts throwing configuration errors that no amount of fixing, uninstalling or re-enrolling can help. It's terrible.

This app need to be corrected ... Everything is way to big and now it isn't even updated to be used with the new iPhone X .... Please fix both at the same time. Thank you

The fact that the keyboard covers the password submit button when I open the app is so annoying. I have to shrink the app down and then reopen it to get it positioned so I can submit my password. Clearly the developer hasn’t tested the app. Fix it please.
