Deplorable.

tryingtoworkfromhome

This is by far the worst work email app ever created my mankind- maybe even aliens. The directory doesnt save peoples emails that you contact literally everyday (you have to type them out completely), ive sent people emails that dont get delivered till 3 days later, which in a work environment, can create a fire drill if you can imagine. At least the face id works. The worst part about this app is it doesnt even work to just check email. It doesnt refresh emails, consistently. Its just horrible. I think their whole business plan is to wait until a large company has to renew their contract, underbid whoever is the existing client, and then deliver a horrible “product” that works probably 37% of the time.

Barely usable

tweberis

The text is massive, no way to adjust and I don't need it that large. No auto sync, I have to manually refresh for data to get pulled in, half the time that fails to connect to server. When selecting multiple items, the inbox reloads and clears selections.

Worst ever app

This makes me realize that Good for enterprise is so much better. This is pure crap. However very org goes with the cheapest they could get and so did Mine and thanks to that I will have lug 2 phones instead of byod. I mean people don’t event check before they drop an app for enterprise users on apple store horrible and terrible. Where is the thumbs down or - stars

Awful product

Kpt2078

This product is pretty horrendous. My company makes us use the AirWatch Container and AirWatch Inbox apps to access our email on mobile devices. This app looks like it was not designed for mobile devices, as the fonts are huge and take up most of the screen. Imagine having a high resolution monitor and setting to 600x800 and you have a good idea. This app also doesn’t support TouchID or FaceID. I need two separate passwords to log in and check my email. I thought that after the iPhone X had been out for a while, these issues would be fixed, but they aren’t. Development is stagnant, if it even exists.

Terrible client.

Slow, ugly and the pinnacle of user hostile design. If you have an iPhone from 2009 then congratulations! This client is made for you. If you have a Retina display, or a larger display or, heaven forbid, 3D Touch then you're out of luck.

Worst Ever BY FAR

No settings?!?!? Needs the following: - ability to adjust zoom - weekly/monthly calendar views

The absolute worst!

Mitch98121

How can you even call this thing an email client? The thing is the absolutel worst thing I've ever had to use. It doesn't scale properly for a large screen "plus," vs a normal iphone. It doesn't group email threads the UI doesn't always seem to adjust as you change rotations, and the bottom edge will be 3-5mm lower off the screen. I wouldn't wish this on my enemies. The developers of this app should be ashamed they couldnt make a modern proper email app.

Email client from the dark ages!

Honest_Weasel

I agree with the last review, this is really really horrible email client. Not scalable at all, not meant for smart phones with large screens, the fact that doesn't have touch ID support and you have to constantly type in your password every time checking your email makes it really really primitive. If you're one who has a lot of filters a lot of folders, this client is definitely not for you or for anyone for that matter. Having to go through every folder to see with her you got something or not makes it really difficult to use. When we ask if you hate this so much why are you using it? Sadly I'm forced to use it because my company uses it. I much rather use the native email client that comes with my iPhone. If I could I would give it no star or -1 star!!!!

Terrible

tikhead

Updated 10/9/2016: ONE STAR IS A GENEROUS RATING. I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING IF I COULD. This app is still terrible. All of the below still applies. They have fixed none of it. Every time I use this app it asks me for either my password or my passcode, which is doubly asinine considering it claims to have fingerprint recognition. It still notifies me of canceled items on my calendar except now it occasionally gives me 5+ notifications of the exact same canceled event. It's completely unreliable and I will be eternally angry at my company for switching to this terrible app. Prior review: This app makes me less productive. Plus it will sabotage me by reminding me about canceled meetings and not telling me about non-canceled meetings. I am now less productive due to my company's recent transition to this app. If your goal is to make your employees less efficient, this is definitely the app for you.

JUNK Application

Frustrated AirWatch User

I'd love to see the sales pitch used to rope corporations/companies into buying this junk. Worst application. Been on phone with our company's IT support for an hour because AirWatch doesn't give support. They create a $5 email application and sell it for millions. WORST APPLICATION EVER!
