Multiple attempts to address the issue with customer service have been brushed aside. SHAME ON YOU MAN CUSTOMER SO-CALLED “SERVICE” for not addressing the problem. YOU ARE LOSING READERS, WHICH WILL COST REVENUE, WHICH WILL EVENTUALLY COST YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE MAN YOUR JOBS. Signed, A loyal but fed-up customer.
Crashes every time

I have been using this app for several years. While it has had problems downloading issue content to my iPad I was still able to access the issues I paid for. Now I can’t access anything. Emails to the vendor have not been answered.

App always crashes. Get you money back for digital subscriptions. App does not work on a pc too.

I’ve updated iOS and reinstalled the app without luck. So far, Customer Support hasn’t responded.
