So far, useless

I find the app useless. It’s not accepting/updating my info. I don’t see the need of using the app, at this point.

A lot of things just don’t work on this app or are complicated. Tried to update my adresse, it doesn’t work and won’t tell me why.

I like the app in general but it’s too buggy. Latest issue : can’t add a document (passport, permanent residence, ...) with the App. But all ok on the website and Safari. More work to be done.
Necessary for air france but crappy ergonomics

The app used to be good. Several updates later, it doesn’t keep you log-in which is a pain travelling abroad when there is a need to access your boarding pass quickly, the cool statistics features no longer work (error connecting verified on several users and phones). IT of Air france needs to step up its game.

This app simply cannot be used. Errors everywhere even for the simplest actions. AirFrance should be ashamed to release an app like this.

Not Updating Flight Status

My flight has been delayed over an hour and the app has yet to update it. I didn’t get any notifications about the delay. Also, it didn’t allow me to check in or choose my seat before the flight. Frankly, it seems like it’s just frozen.
Lowered the quality from previous App

The latest update lowered the quality of services that we used to have before on the same App. There is no multi destinations option, I was not able to pick a seat and pricing were different from the website. Usually updates provide improvement but in the case of this App it went on the opposite direction.
Unbelievably weak application

Almost anything I wanted to do: add passports, update my profile, add a companion - did not work out. The app gives you an error message with no explanation .
