I purchase dye to change my outfit color and apple player can see but android player can’t see me I send so many email nothing still invisible now today no one chat in game ?????
Can't see the character

When I first logged in, I tried to make my character, but couldn't see anything. Even if I chose a random character I still couldn't see my character in the game which annoys me. I tried to restart the game but it was still the game. Can you please fix this issue? Thank you.
I don’t understand how hard it is for you all to give us an update link

I open the app and it says update so I click it and it takes me to apple store saying open when it’s supposed to say update fix it
Chinese voice absent

Have to down rate this game. I used to have it with chinese voice/audio now no matter what I do I can’t get it back to chinese audio. U can set the in game language and that does nothing (all it does is change the in game TEXT NOT VOICE!) and u can no longer change ur “region” via iPhone settings (I used to just set my region and language to chinese and I would get the chinese VOICED version) because I have tried it numerous times it will just start ur game with chinese TEXT the voices will still be in English this is very frustrating especially because I didn’t uninstall the game I had it with chinese voices then it got patched and now gone. Please fix this and have an OPTION to change the LANGUAGE NOT JUST THE TEXT!!!!! If I’m picking CHINESE it’s because I want the game and the AUDIO TO BE IN CHINESE!!!!!! NOT JUST THE TEXT!
I honestly love the game but I do have a problem

I in all honesty love the game I truly do but. I don’t know how to change it from Chinese to English…I do not know how to read Chinese and I really want to continue playing the game but please. Have the option to change the language to those that can’t understand it to be in their native tongue or something. Please. I really don’t want to uninstall the game because I can’t understand the text or even the audio.

I downloaded the game and what do i see? " The download pack is 633. Megabytes." COME ON! I only have 300. Megabytes! Could you at least lower it to something like 70?!
