Great game but another problem

When I end a relationship with my mentor and register with another mentor it says I have to wait some time and I hate having to wait so I'm wandering in the next update if u could take that out so I can just register with another mentor without waiting please and thank you. When I click on a new server it leads me to a new selection of characters and I want to be on the best server with the most people in it and I can't do that if I have to start a new character over again cuz I don't want to have to go through that. so in the new update I'm hoping if you guys could make it so I can keep my level 52 character and be on a new server without having to start all over again and thank you this new update is better than the last work so keep up the good work. And by the way add a new school and make sure the school is high class quality cuz everyone likes that if you can do that it would be great thanks. I just found out that I can't change my characters gender cuz it costs money and I hate paying for things that are in games so I'm wandering if you could make it so I can change my gender in the shop and either it could be free or I would have to pay at least 1 gold so either way is fine i just want to change gender without paying real cash and thanks. I would really love it if you guys could in the next update instead of 3 team members in a team if you could add like 6 thank. And also for the oath team I'm hoping u guys could add like rewards and stuff for the members who do good and a function just like that that can only be accessed by oath leader. And also I have like a “family” made in the game and it’s big so I’m wandering if u could add fueture that involves with mak8mg ur own family and adding a family chat and making it accessible to for all levels and if u do this I assure you this game will become the most popular yet. Please do this. Keep up the updateing

So I bought the $15.00 gold in the shop of this game and connection was taking long so I restarted and when I came back I didn’t get my gold at all and I wasted my money for nothing..

I can’t get pass the loading screen that is after the animation after the last update, can you fix it please. The game is pretty good and fun at the time that it was not broken, so please fix it.

Too many lagging in SW and faction war because merge from s1 and s9 too lagging many hackers and cheat from Us-S1 I hope they remove US-S1 from US-S9 Server

For some reason the server time that usually shows on the bottom has disappeared for me. I don’t know if this is part of the update or not but, I want the server time back on the screen

snail games plagued with cheat hacks

snail is plagued with Chinese hacker players, videos all over utube and facebook,, their customer support continues to do nothing, (maybe they cant?) Players spend money and time on their characters , 6 months, 12 months?, and here come the hackers, making characters in 2 hours stronger than everybody on server,, taking all the events,, all the rewards and everybody leaves the server,,Don't play snail games,,Don't waste your time ,,, You can see it on utube and facebook all day long,,,
