I don’t like how when I open a different workout my workout doesn’t save and I have to renter all the data and the timer restarts. It shouldn’t be like that.

So I guess the pro of this app is that it keeps track of everything you put in, and it also keeps you focused. The con is that if you leave the app mid-workout, EVERYTHING erases. All the weight amounts erase and you have to put it all in again. Pray that you have a good memory ? The program I’m doing, has 5 sometimes 6 sets and I’m constantly changing the weight with each set. Sometimes I’ll PR but it won’t be in the app because it was erased. I really hope this gets fixed!!!

It’s easy to use and gets the job done but could use some improvements. The UI overall isn’t very great, it could really use a design eye. Aside from that, it times out a lot and doesn’t save my place with all my remarks or inputs if I return to the app - especially after quitting. There is a time lag when I “complete” the workout or hit the done button. I’m being finicky but it’s a little irritating. Other than that though like I said, still gets the job done. I like the videos that come along with it.

This app is a lifesaver! I truly enjoy working out now and I don’t wake up dreading it like I used to. This apps layout is very easy to use and I highly recommend it.

The work outs are great but that comes from the trainers you purchase them from. The app itself crashes under any kind of stress. And in the last week if you toggle away from the app, even for a moment to get music going, you have to start over completely. I am on my fourth “go through” on one work out alone and will have to add 42 minutes after the fact because of the bug.

AFLETE is a phenomenal application!! I love how you can put in your weight for each set of exercises. As long as you stick to your fitness plan these workouts will change your life not only in the gym but outside of the gym as well!! ?? God bless!
