Seriously never seen so much improvement till I started this!! I love all the workouts and how the guide is laid out.

The workout that I do has your record each exercise you do and then once the workout is completed you can move onto the next day. However, the next day I login and none of yesterday stuff has been recorded. So I have to go back through and try to remember my sets and weights and put it in again before I can start the next days work out. I’ve been careful to follow all the steps in completing each days work out and it still seems to sometimes do this. Otherwise, I love all the functions.

Love this app and the workouts. Only got 4 stars because sometimes mid-workout the app will crash and I have to reopen and enter all my sets and weights again

You do it at your own pace and can choose the weight you want and the personal note section is awesome for tracking your progress and helps to challenge your strength and endurance. Personally I love working out and love the way it makes me feel but tbh sometimes I can be consistent and then i will go a long time without doing anything but this program helps immensely cause I know that I paid for it and it motivates me not to just sit around and actually put in the work.

The app only tracks purchases form influencers. I can’t do anything else.

I’ve never seen or even heard of anything like this app. It’s amazing. It’s an ultimate, convenient tool for people to follow an athlete’s workout. It’s a great way to monitor your time spent exercising, notes per workout, reps, sets, splits, dates, and more. I love how every time I’m on a workout, I can easily see the dates/notes/stats of my last workout to clearly give me direction. Highly recommend it to anyone interested in taking their fitness to the next level. After 1 week, I’m already obsessed. For the creators, I’d like to see an option that displays in the reps that you weren’t able to complete the amount of reps that the workout provides. I understand that you can leave a comment in the notes but I’d like to see it display on the main screen with the reps. Maybe in like red font showing me in the future that “hey you weren’t able to get all of the reps required.” This will help me know what weights to use in the future times I try that exercise. Thank you for reading this!

Amazing concept but the app crashes more often then not just trying to open exercises. It’s honestly still worth it to use, but it gets very aggravating. Could use a solid update to fix bugs that causes crashing and slowness.

This is the best fitness plan! Lisa makes it so easy to follow along and track your progress. And you don’t have to pay monthly which is absolutely amazing! I’m so excited to see my results! Highly recommend this program

Got the app to use the grace fit guides. I love that I can track my sets and weight used however I took off a star because it’d be nice to adjust the number of reps done not just the weight or sets. Overall though would recommend and get again!
