Fairly easy to navigate and effective

It does what I need it to, quick and easy balance checks from anywhere. Great for making quick fund transfers for internal/external accounts you have contacts set up for. Only thing that it can’t do, which I haven’t had a need for yet, is adding external contacts to send/receive funds, but you can just do that on the website which is accessible on mobile.
So glad I can finally give a good review!!!

This app is SO MUCH better than the old one! Life is just a bit easier when you have solid, reliable access to you info while out and about. Login with Touch ID is great! The fact that I can login at all is an upgrade! Can’t wait to see what else is in store! The 5th star is on hold for when I can log in/out of multiple accounts without having to reset or switch my Touch ID! I share some joint accounts and when I log into one I either have to switch my Touch ID to that account, or reset it and activate it on my personal account again.

I used the old affinity Plus app and I was able to navigate it just fine, it had its issues but it worked. This new app really makes everything so much easier and easier to look at, along with being much quicker to access with the addition of support for Face ID and I’m assuming Touch ID. Great reimagining, I truly enjoy using this app just because the ease of use!

Every time I go into the app it tells me I need to update it. Once I get into the App Store it says I don’t need to update it. I click open through the App Store and it works fine. I uninstalled the app thinking I might need to reinstall it but now I can’t reinstall it. It still says open. I don’t want to go to the App Store every time I want to check my banking.

This is a huge improvement. However, when editing bill pay information, choosing the state is not accessible via the mobile app and the edits can’t be saved without entering a state.

After years af agony with the old app, there’s finally a new one that actually works! When you sign in you get your available balance, there’s Touch ID, there’s no endless spinning circle, and almost equally important- an Apple Watch app. It all works and works well. Thank you!!! Update: love the fact that I can freeze my credit card on this app. Using the Card Lock app was pretty lacking in reliability. Now just give us the ability to lock our debit cards!! Suggestion: start showing accrued dividends each day. It is nice seeing the dividends paid to an account already but showing the accrued would be extremely helpful.
New app doesn’t work on my phone

I was required to download the new version of the app even though I had no problem with the old version. Now my app gives me an error message saying that something has been changed and I cannot access the app. After calling customer service, their only suggestion was to delete it and re-download it. Still hasn’t worked and I’ve updated my phone software as well. I always use the app to deposit checks and now I can’t do that. I’m so extremely frustrated. I love Affinity Plus but this is a setback in those feelings for sure. Update in response to developer: I do not have both versions of the app on my phone. When opened the app says “Application usage is restricted on this device. Something has been altered on your device and it’s interfering with the app...”
