I have tried several times to get into the new app and keeps saying cancelled. I cannot get in what so ever. I can log in on a PC and all is fine, but cannot use the app. After I delete and reinstall it does the same and NO ONE at Affinity PFCU can help. This is beyond frustrating and ridiculous especially when out and about and the need to get access to my account. Affinity Plus has failed on this one!

This new app is so much more. I was really impressed w the customer service in the front install on a small bug I had upon launch. APFCU rocks all the way around! This is expected now. Love it!

Doesn’t work on iPad. Cannot get it to open in portrait orientation and does not allow you to us chat feature. And no one at AF can help with this when you call. I can look on Google myself; I don’t need to waste time calling and have them looking on Google. Very disappointed.

Great App but can’t get the Touch Login to work. I use the app while on the go and also to deposit checks since I don’t live in MN. Love how my checks deposit right away! Great job Affinity!
