Addictive but a couple bugs!

This game is amazing! I'm truly addicted so much so I have put money into the game which I don't typically do! Great part is u don't need money or much of it to be highly competitive! Sadly I'm currently trying to reach out to devs for some help so hopefully they see this and can help me and other players in the same boat! See I recently broke my phone and got a new one but I cannot login to my old account! I have nearly 1m atk power on that registered account! So very depressing to lose! Top 15 spot on server and all! Now that I have had to start over I'm not even obtaining rewards for watching videos like I am suppose to! If these issues get fixed its a definite five star rating! Until then I'll leave it at 2.5 mainly because of the lost account! Greatest time burner ever sad to see it break down like this!

I have been playing this game for quite a while and have been mostly free-to-play. Since whatever update has occurred, this game has been circling the drain. The rate at which you get anything useful has dropped significantly and it's become crystal clear that this company is only out for the money. Drop rates of legendary souls and heroes were much higher before, but now nearly all of the heroes I receive are the same ones and the only way to get the newer ones is essentially buy your way there. I don't see myself playing this game any longer as my progress has come to a stand still. I'm sorry I don't want to spend every paycheck on an already dismal game. Needs to be corrected or see you later.

New Sever monthly to try and milk the OCD people. Important game features behind multiple paywalls that are not clearly priced. Casino is clearly rigged.

I love the game and I've put some time in to it as well, but my only issue is when you watch and ad for some free gems you do not receive it. It simply ignores the request and the 30 second video you watched is worth nothing. PLEASE FIX

Been a fun game to play around with. Even Freemium isn't horrible as everything can be had with time. Network error for about 14 hours now won't allow me to log on though. 5 stars when fixed.

I love the game but since the resent update all I get is network timeout everywhere I go connected to wifi or not I want to keep playing but if it doesn't happen I'm going to delete and move on to another game.

I really enjoy the game keeps me interested until today. I have been trying to log in all day and won't let me in. Please fix and keep up the great work.
