Fun Game, poor support/development

The game is fun and it's fairly easy to obtain premium currency. My only complaint is that the "watch an ad" to get premium currency ceased functioning a month ago. No response from the devs on the multiple support feed backs I have sent. Seems to affect a fair amount of players. Not a huge detriment to the game itself but lack of support needs to be noted, and it's worth those extra 2 stars. Edit: 1 solid star now. Developer is regurgitating previous events. But if you did those events (necessary to spend plenty of premium currency) you cannot participate in the recycled event. Very unfair to those of us that spent all of our premium currency. NOT doing that ever again. In-App prices are already ridiculous. $50 for a legendary hero?! Get outta here with that nonsense! The events are the only break from the lack of things to do. We look forward to them to keep our interest in your app. If this is how events will be handled then this game is an absolute waste of space on my device. On top of all that, if you aren't a "VIP" player then forget about actually winning anything worth your 5 seconds from the Casino. Edit (post-update): I think you guys should make the infusions permanent. The option to remove the infusion should result in the loss of the hero that you used to infuse with. Because you can freely remove them, they count towards your overall hero total, which is already very limited unless you pay. So this is either an obvious ploy to increase revenue or an simple oversight. This infusion update pretty much puts the stop on all non-paying players.
Pay to win late game

In order to do well in late game you need to be VIP ranked, so you can hold enough heroes to have more than one fused teams. Without fused teams you are just wasting time. I been playing for about 3 months now and finally had to break down and spend some money...

It's great but I think u should up the chances on the champion summon to get a ledgendary its just annoying that I spent 400 gems and got complete crap
Videos for no gems

They allow you to watch videos to get a few gems which you get about 1 out of 10 times if you are luck. The game gets pretty old and offers no new content. You can enjoy this game for about 30 days at about 10 min of play time a day; as that is all the content there is in a day. After that there is no real progression unless you are willing to pay or wait 1-2 weeks to get the smallest amount of advancement.

Nice little time waster that's really fun to grind up your stats on with legendary monsters and all sorts of characters. The only problem is that the casino is very heavily rigged, don't let it fool you into thinking its a roulette type game where every location has the same odds of being landed on. It becomes painfully obvious it's actually just a rng with disgustingly low odds, every 24 hours or so you can "refresh" the casino to get new tiles which seems like a good idea if you notice that you keep landing on certain tiles so shaking up the order will surely help you right? Nope l,you'll notice that no matter where the rewards are placed they have a very obvious priority that goes like; so gold>stones>low level glyphs>legendary equipment>heroic souls>Legendary souls. I like that there's a gambling feature but I'm giving this game 3 stars despite how much I've come to enjoy it because they're lying to players with their current casino model. If they want to have rigged odds for the house they should inform the players and not let them find it out by themselves, they also shouldn't try to hide their deception behind a gambling model based upon fair chance.

The game. The gameplay: 5/5 Graphics:4/5 Play Time:1/5 the game is fun and addictive but it is luck based. The casino is rigged and the game crashes when you try to get gems by watching videos, if your bag has ANYTHING in it, or just while you are about to beat that hard level. It would be cool if we could play for more than 5 minutes at a time but, not my choice.

So I looked through some of the reviews and felt like people were being ridiculous. The gambling is a bit underwhelming and the content is somewhat gated by daily quest resets and levels but overall as far as phone games of this type are concerned this is the best one out there. And hopefully they continue to work on it and add some more repeatable content that feels rewarding for time spent playing. As it stands though I really like this game and it has a very promising direction.
