So far the game seems pretty good. It's a bit light on storytelling but the game seems mostly focused on running around slaying monsters which is perfectly fine. My only suggestion is to have an option to speed up attack animations, besides that, I'd recommend this game to anyone looking for a good turn based RPG.

I bought both games as a bundle one night many months ago and beat the first one only one time as I found it to be frustrating more than anything. I ended up trying this one recently and it’s just awful. I don’t know how either game has such good reviews. The game progresses at a snails pace, the fights aren’t fun and the game just feels like a chore. I was initially attracted to the old school graphics but that’s where my attraction ended. This was a complete waste of money.
