I just completed my first week w/ this app and it is amazing! I really feel the burn and it helps a lot that the app keeps track of your points for you !

Extremely convenient. As a college kid I don't have time for the gym everyday and this app really helps me learn new exercises to hit new areas on my stomach. I love the exercises and demonstration. Only complaint is that I can't play music at the same time from my phone:)

Loved the workouts, but the nutrition is not that good, it dosnt tell you how much you should eat, i will be a great app if it has good calculation meal planner
