I used to LOVE this app and it's how easily accessible it was. But in the past month I haven't been able to click on anything or see anything in the app, including my balance and transactions. I've literally had to call the number or log onto the actual website to see anything for my card. I've called customer service twice and they were no help. I can't even see my bill pay or pay stub section. It literally says nothing is available for me to see or click in the app, doesn't seem like anyone else has that problem.....& that's what I was trying to explain to customer service. :(
App upgrade rendering it useless

Used to be a great app. Could do everything you wanted to do from the convenience of your phone. Latest upgrade on May 18 removed the clock in the feature. What's the point of the app now? I used it to clock in. Now you can't. Useless. Total fail.

Problems with signing in. Before I was able to sign in fine but now it says that I'm not authorized. "You are not authorized for this product. Please check with your administrator." Called the number and didn't clearly explain the problem. I'm able to sign in on the desktop website with no problems, this app just doesn't work.
Can't clock in

This app has been fantastic until the update on 5/18/2016... Somehow there is no longer an option to clock in or out. Once this is fixed this app is easily 5 stars.

I like this app, easy to log in with finger ID. Would be nice if checks appeared day before pay day.

I've downloaded, deleted, and re-downloaded this app a few times. It has NEVER allowed me to access any of my accounts (I have 3 cards.) i have an iPhone 6s, so maybe it's just my phone, but this definitely is a negative, and is really irritating at times.
