Slow and awkward

ADP seems slow and awkward. It may be just me but it seems that it could do with some overhaul on user interface.

Reading the reviews, apparently people use this app for payroll, but we use it for retirement account only... Why isn’t there at least an option to show me my account balance when the app opens, without having to click “show balance”??? Also, it would be nice if the app displayed the percentage the account balance changed in the previous day/ month/ year (selectable by the user). This app needs a lot of work to make it useful.

Sometimes it’s great sometimes it’s not! Depends. **Updated In Response to developer question** Half the time it freezes and I have to close it a few times to finally see my paycheck. First page is always okay it’s when you click to go “into” the app deeper (see details of paycheck, w2) etc. it’s extremely glitchy when I try to log on too. Half the time I use my fingerprint and it acts like it’s going to work then don’t. So I have to put my password in. It’s extremely glitchy.

Incomplete app. It needs an in/out lunch feature. Paycom is superior to ADP in this aspect.

Unfortunately I must use this sad app. I’m perplexed that ADP can’t seem to get this fixed. There’s always issues and each update is worse then the previous. ADP is supposedly providing solutions that simplify work but this isn’t simplifying anything but...complicating.

This app is great so you don’t have to go on your computer to clock in, but most of the time i keep having problems logging in and out, so i will end up going back to my desk do it.

Will NOT show my time off or let me request time off! It had previously showed this me and a couple others it will not work for now company says they don’t know why we have no response from them we have iPhones I think that software is 14.3 once an iPhone SE ones in iPhone seven are these two older phones
