The Truth, please help.

I am haleywestco and my partner is mellebabymusic. We’ve both paid for this app and we’ve spent hundreds of hours shooting and editing our videos. When we go to download our videos they are ALWAYS GLITCHY. Does this happen to anyone else? Is there something that both of us are doing wrong that is causing this problem on all of our videos? We’ve contacted the app and nobody is replying to us. We would both like a refund. How can we get that and is there a recommendation for another app that we can actually use? Or should we contact a venture capital firm that can help us build an editing app that will actually work for influencers like us?

I got this app to edit those funny videos like of Jessie, peppa, or others and it was terrible. I added my clips to the app and it was terrible my sound was all messed up and it was terrible do not recommend.

I have the paid version and the app still says that I need to upgrade, it won’t export video to my camera roll even though I have much space on my iphone 12 mini. On the previous videos that I have worked on, the app says string error conversion and will not publish to youtube so I have to pull the finished product onto my computer from Icloud to upload it to youtube, but now I can’t even do that because the app will not export the video to my camera roll so I am stuck. It has been non-stop issue after issue with this app. Why is it so bad? I am stuck using this because nothing else seems to have the potential that this app has, but the potential is lost by it’s inability to actually produce a video! Idk what to do besides write adobe emails and ask them for help. This is truly frustrating, especially after buying the app.

I just bought this app to make some music videos. First, the sound is not synced up at all. Every video shot with an iPhone. Same problem. Second, it’s let me upload an initial video, and then won’t let me add any more to the front, or end of the video…

I like the app but I don’t like how the most videos I render end up with a duplicate of the last second. The video stutters every time the video ends.

Ive spent sometime editing only to find out after rendering that there were some pixelated glitch like effect in my video. Couldn't get rid of it for some reason. It is sad because i did like this app.
