Love that I can review our corporate account in their app. Makes looking up whether a client has reviewed a document so easy. Able to replace signers in a flash or cancel a document in seconds. Great app.

I've been an Adobe user for so long I'm sure we converted from the horse-and-buggy to Adobe which is prior to Y2K. I always wnted this ability but I could never justify the expense. However, all the tools are now in place for a simple integration so I've made the move. If I had a wish it would be to let me integrate my actual signature into e-sign. Thanks for listening. John

More typical crappy software from has-been Adobe. No way to delete documents, no way to sign and send for signature (isn't two parties signing a document a typical use case?).

I have restarted, reinstalled, etc and I still get an "Invalid Access Token" error. This happened with the most recent update. Still have all access with web login.

No problem signing in and getting my document set up, but after that just spin, spin, spin of the little doing-something-progress-thing. Cannot handle a one page text document...fail.

Great addition to document management and storage on the run. Open, read, and sign most any pdf or form and get it delivered where it needs to be. Works better than the alternatives.

This app gives all the necessary features while off site PLUS it needs no help text...very intuitive

The lack of integration for SharePoint and OneDrive for Business is a crippling oversight for this service in my eyes. Some companies don't get the cloud and don't realize that it won't work for anyone until the big players truly integrate with each other!

Whoever is responsible for designing the EchoSign app must not have accounted for people with high volumes of documents to approve. While the site has gotten even harder to use after its last update, it's still more efficient than the app. Let me save my signature and approve in a few taps, instead of requiring me to scrawl it out with my finger each time. I rarely use the app now since I always have so many to approve. If you're not a heavy EchoSign user, then you don't need the app anyway. Seems like they are missing their target audiences needs.

The whole EchoSign product needs a major UX overhaul, and this app is no different. The whole flow is confusing, with some interesting yet useless new features (like writing your signature with your finger) pushing out the stuff I actually use (approve using a computer generated signature graphic). The login via Google is especially frustrating.
