Adobe Acrobat for Intune gives enterprise users all the features they expect from Acrobat Reader, while providing IT administrators expanded mobile app management capabilities. This app allows PDF data to reside in an encrypted container on the mobile device and work with other apps in the Intune ecosystem. Additional policies can be applied to help prevent leakage of company information. And in the event of a lost or stolen device IT can remove Acrobat Reader from the iPhone or iPad, along with any sensitive data associated with it.
IMPORTANT: This software requires your company’s work account and connectivity to your company’s valid subscription to Microsoft Intune. Some functionality may not be available in all countries. If you have issues with this software or have questions about the use of it (including questions about your company’s privacy policy), please contact your company’s IT Administrator.
This App had a lot more potential, but for some reason it seems the creator just fizzled out half way through. Unfortunately Adobe is responsible for several large scale data breaches. I’m offended that most of Adobes products are overpriced and no relief from discounts to large customer blocks.
Excelente aplicación, sería de gran ayuda la función de autoscroll (desplazamiento automático), para quienes leemos libros extensos en celular, así se evitaría la distracción de tapar el contenido con el dedo, tal comp está en la computadora.
Incorporates a version on Intune SDK (7. Current is 9) that is 2 years old. As a result: 1) Does not use token broker correctly so other managed apps see it as unmanaged, and thus, is unusable 2) Acts as its own container island when policy applied - unless you have no DLP in policy, is unusable 3) Lacks common UI and parity with unmanaged version of unmanaged iOS app or even the same app for Android. You can’t even choose a highlight or annotation color. Hope you like yellow and red...but it doesn’t really matter because you won’t be able to open PDFs from Outlook or OneDrive w/ MAM anyway. Unusable. Either update the app or end support formally.
Can’t use this with a MAM app protection policy. After logging in I get error “connection error” and I back to login screen.
@Adobe, Can you please update Adobe Acrobat Reader for MS Intune with the updated SDK? It’s been 11 months since last update! Doesn’t work with MAM for months now!
This version does not support MAM policies in Intune. This needs to be fixed please. It does not allow PDFs to open from other managed apps like Outlook.
