Never got my package delivered and no compensation at all?
Songs sometimes wrong
I love adidas and I love your products, but how can I order items only available on the app and I can’t even be sure that it will arrive. I’ve only had this problem with you and no other company with delivering packages. This is the second time, and I have to take the loss on the money for a college student who works a minimum wage job as well. You see the frustration? Money that isn’t easy to come by and it’s gone and with nothing in exchange.

I actually haven’t been able to use the App for months. Every time I’ve tried to log in, all I get is the ERROR screen. I used to be an avid user, shopping and making most purchases from the app. I’m very disappointed at my inability to continue to use and hope this gets addressed.

First and last time ever buying anything from this site. Fedex delayed my package up to two weeks. Still no delivery and no refund. Adidas did nothing to help locate package and said I must wait 7 days of no activity on tracking. Everyday the tracking updates to say its out for delivery and never arrives then scans back at the facility it came from. This has been happening for over 2 weeks and Adidas won't budge to help. Absolutely the worse buying and customer service experience for sneakers I've ever had in life.
