Horrific customer service – adidas Review

First and last time ever buying anything from this site. Fedex delayed my package up to two weeks. Still no delivery and no refund. Adidas did nothing to help locate package and said I must wait 7 days of no activity on tracking. Everyday the tracking updates to say its out for delivery and never arrives then scans back at the facility it came from. This has been happening for over 2 weeks and Adidas won't budge to help. Absolutely the worse buying and customer service experience for sneakers I've ever had in life.
