I’d rate it a 5 star if it didn’t crash on most items in the store, when ever I click on an item like a shoe it open up and crashes instantly, it’s really annoying because it’s on like 75% of the items in the store :/ i can’t buy anything now, I had my eye on 4 items but can’t purchase it Edit: great job you earned your 5th star ??

From 1 Star to 4 and actually got a response from someone for the 1 Star review. Impressive Anyways. Was able to seamlessly place an order for sneakers. So far so good. Thanks Adidas

Total app breakdown the app would load nothing and I had no chance to get ultra boost even though I was ready at midnight
App doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do

Really adidas? Their servers crash when they release hot items such as the ultra boost. So even if you set alarms to be first in line, the app won’t load. I’ve actually managed to complete a purchase on a release date, only for adidas to cancel the order and refund my money within the hour. When I go back on the app to re-purchase the item, they’re sold out. Lessoned learned. I won’t be using their app to purchase shoes...only to see what’s coming out....Probably not the way they wanted their customers using the app....but it’s frustrating. No way to get ahold of anyone about it either. Good shoes, poor customer service and e-commerce UX.

This app rocks!! Built my profile, app brought me to the absolutely right shoe! A few clicks later, pay with Apple Pay, and they are on the way!! Just awesome.
