Lots 0f LOVE
They have a chat function for customer service. However, they never reply back. I needed help returning a shoe that was to big for a smaller one and the automated message kept saying “we are to busy at the moment. Please leave a comment and we will get back to you.” It’s been 5 days now & no response.

Awesome Other than issues being able use Apple Pay. Errors forced me to use another form of payment.
Issue with Apple Pay connectivity

Love the products and app, but there is an issue with connecting to Apple Pay and it will not let me check out. If that issue gets fixed it’s 5 stars, without it I can’t actually buy anything.

Very slick interface, but it sacrifices details for looks. For example, in the app , one can’t tell the difference between these two items Bq9341 $70 vs Cd8565 $90 But if you view the store online, you see that the cheaper one is a Boy’s size.
