Not accurate

Bubz511

I downloaded this app to track my miles and the calories I burn. I tested it out by doing four miles- but I let app run while I sat down and it continued to add to my distance and added two miles while I was still. It would have racked up more miles if I didn’t end workout. Calorie count was drastically different than my actual calories burned on my Apple Watch. I Wouldn’t use it again based on the false data.

Works for the simple individual like me

DavidYork

Provides GPS tracking and informs me of distance, duration and pace. Allows me to choose my playlist from Apple Music.

So helpful

I find this so motivating-because it announces my time and pace every mile- I know when to push a bit more and get better results- thanks.

Watch app freezes

scottarichards

It’s my third try “upgrading “ from Runtastic to the Adidas app that is supposedly based on Runtastic. But the watch app freezes after about 50 or 60 meters and misses all or most of the rest of the run. I’ve never had this problem with the Runtastic watch app. Three times over eight months Still doesn’t work. Being deleted.

App shuts down multiple time during run

Post2013

Title says it all this app is no better than the last one. When it asks you to resume and add the distance might be right but the time is not. Fix it

Gray App but now big problems

Greenguant 1971

I have been using this app since it was Runtastic. I loved the upgrades introduced by Addis and didn’t even mind the product plugs. I recently upgraded to pro Now the problem. The app crashes after 3 or 4 minutes and though I can pick up the mileage I have walked or ridden, the calories etc are all compromised I have rebooted my IPhone 11 and reloaded the app three times. Tech support is not trained to handle this problem and was worthless I will not continue my upgrade and will dump the app before the end of Sept if problem not resolved

GPS connection problem

Zain494

I am facing GPS connection problem since 7th September 2020. Kindly resolve this issue. My other application like google map is receiving GPS signal and giving correct directions, so my mobile GPS sensor is working properly.

Your app tracks people driving in there car I tested it out maybe have something like Pokémon go so people are not cheating on the virtual races I just seen the most recent activity and the guy completed 3.11 miles in 5 minutes there absolutely no way ...

Running “Progress” data lost / not backed up from iPhone upgrade to 11 pro Max

edwardcjones3

Two days ago I upgraded from iPhone 7 to iPhone 11 Pro Max. I had three versions of app on old phone (transferred to new phone. I mainly have been using Adidas Running to track running over summer (>50 miles some weeks) intermittently with Runtastic Pro to track walking in same exercise session (may run 4 mi using Running App, the pause to walk one mile using Runtastic Pro, then pause and resume Adidas Running...then repeat. Also had Road Bike app which I rarely used because didn’t have auto pause but hadn’t deleted. I have been a faithful user of Runtastic apps since 2012. When I transferred apps & data from the iPhone 7 to iPhone 11 and activated latter—ALL OF MY RECENT RUNNING & WALKING DATA FROM RUNTASTIC PRO & ADIDAS RUNNING WERE DELETED. Their customer support asked me if I had been using the bike app. I confirmed I had it on my old & new phones - but hadn’t used it recently at all. They said Adidas no longer supported that app and my data were not backed up. This seems crazy - because they’re saying the bike app non support issue OVERRODE THE ADIDAS RUNNING & RUNTASTIC PRO saved progress data. Makes no sense to me and bad software | app management as far as I’m concerned. May still use running app for a while but considering leaving Adidas. So disappointed. I had upped my running to > 50 miles a week over the summer. A big deal for me because I’m 67 years old. Other than various screenshots that luckily I took, I have nothing to show for my recent progress. ????????????????????????????
