Even if you follow their tutorial and enable the block ads in the app, it does not block ads. At least for iPhone x

I just got it a second ago! I did what they said in the settings for safari and enabled it and then went to the app and turned the block for the ads on in there and as soon as I went on YouTube I got an ad???????
