Este app tiene problemas con el password. No importa cuantas veces llame para cambiarlo pq me bloquea vuelve y hace lo mismo. Nunca para el app mi password es el correcto. Es bien frustrante. No se que le hicieron pero lo dañaron.

Baje éste app xq según los vecinos era más fácil hacer la reclamaciones. Cada vez q intentas tomar la fotografía q pide, se cierra y tienes q volver a empezar, para nada xq al final no puedes subir la evidencia.

Aparentemente, el último update hace 3 semanas dañó el app, ya que no me deja entrar ahora. Por años largos he pagado siempre por aquí y ahora que voy a pagar, me tira error que no me deja entrar. Borré el app y lo bajé otra vez y nada. Favor verificar.

Had this App on My Cell Phone for a few years Now. To Me it went from Great to Bad & Back again. At times I Couldn’t use the Mobile site at all because it would just say that it couldn’t connect. So I went to My Laptop & did what ever business I had to take care of. It’s very very intermittent at times is the best way to describe/Rate this Mobile application, & that should explain the 2 out of 5 Star ⭐️Rating.

Lo más que me gusta son las notificaciones ocasionales que llegan al iPhone, las cuales advierten de posibles interrupciones en el servicio de agua. Otra es el poder reportar alguna avería o hurto de agua.
Pegaron una!!!
