Primero, la pantalla donde llegas luego de loguearte, solo te presenta ISSUE REPORT y STATUS ORDER ¿? Vas a añadir tu cuenta de luz, te lleva a un enlace externo que de entrada ya te dice ESTADO NO ENCONTRADO. Hello, ahora es que voy a añadir mi cuenta. ¡No he puesto la información! En el menú, selecciono MI CUENTA, vuelvo a escribir mi email y para “facilitar el proceso”, el espacio para la contraseña está detrás de una caja negra con la dirección y teléfonos de la Autoridad, el cuál es imposible mover y tapa el resto del formulario para añadir una cuenta. Es totalmente frustrante. Coloco a ciegas mi contraseña y le doy DONE en el teclado y luego en la aplicación; y solo para que me devuelva a la pantalla inicial de ISSUE REPORT y STATUS ORDER. ¡Fue una gran pérdida de tiempo!
