KEEPS CRASHING

I tried to use it to see what my battery was and it kept crashing so I charged and it might be broken it goes really really really slow now and sometimes it just shuts off and won’t drive so I have to get off of it shut it off and turn it back on and try to go and now it’s going even slower

whenever i open the app and connect it to my board the app stops working all together, closing and reopening doesnt help either you must fully REINSTALL for any function to return if even for a brief moment before you have to do it again
New app removes functionality

Since the new update, it is harder to check battery level and speed and believe there isn’t even a estimated distance remaining anymore. The map feature has been removed and in its place are ads to buy more Acton boards. Very bad update.
App does not connect to QU4TRO.
Group texting Wannabe
The app does NOT connect to the board. Please fix this as soon as possible. I purchased an $1800 board that rides well, yet the app doesn’t recognize the board and hence can’t log distance traveled or speed.
APP failure

I don’t often write reviews, but when a product fails with something this epic, and the software app locks you out of a $1200.00 dollar device, I feel it is important to communicate the issues. The app fails to take any existing login info and or an ability to allow me to reset, to login and or create a new user. This is a critical issue in that I’m not able to take the device out of learner mode without the app and features controlled buy the app. To me this seems like an epic failure on the developer side
Not logging in

I never write bad reviews but this app is horrible. The skate board is perfect but it’s just the app.It was that one time the app logged me out so I tried to log back in but it didn’t work so I reset the password but it still didn’t log me in so I kept trying for the past 3 months and I’m tired of it. I no longer know what percent I’m board is at, I no longer can change the speed of the board, and I also can’t turn on the lights.
Few settings and no telemetry to speak of

Got my board today (06/10/2018): The app does not provide any usable telemetry. Only (incorrect - shows 15-20% less millage than actual) odometer, a battery status that does not seem to represent reality, yet, and no additional information regarding battery cell status and tuning settings for the board. Beginner, normal, pro, as well as lights on/off is all you get. What about settings to change the awkward remote controller behavior? Deadzone/Expo/Ramp/Brake Strengths? I hope more configuration options go into the next update as they are desperately needed to make a fast and torquey board like the QU4TRO usable and fun for the every day life!
Love the board. The App is Meh.

Outside of batter and a very small graph of miles traveled, there's not much here. Would love more detailed specifics. Distance left? Connect to Apple watch? Friend challenges? Average speed? All the things are missing.
