To be clear I love my board. This app, though, doesn't do it justice. It crashes all the time. Sometimes the only way to get it to work is to re-install it. The "shared" gauge between speed and battery is quite unintuitive. I like the idea of leaderboards, etc. However, I feel that the "riding stats" are a missed opportunity. It's basically just a mileage total. Average speed? Average trip distance? How far did I ride on a specific day? Also, I think an Apple Watch app would be fantastic. I understand it's a small user base, but the board is only as good as it's software. :)

So far so good. Gives me the status of battery life and range. Gives you the option to change speed modes and turning on/off the front and rear lights. Also I like the explore where you can view on the map of who owns an acton board but there's no way in contacting each other for meet ups. Maybe add a messenger feature?* Also maybe another way to rename your board instead of the board's serial number. My gf and friend also have an s2, but our phones would sync to each other's boards time to time. Since the remote does not have an LCD screen or battery indicator. Maybe they can develop the app into using Apple watches to change speed modes, check your speed, turn on/off lights. Be much easier than holding your phone. You're welcome acton for that suggestion lol.

I've tried and tried and tried to login. I've reseted my password many times. All I get is the same message, Invalid Username/Password.

The only way you can change modes, check battery life, turn on/off lights, etc. is done thought the app and because of this I expected some reliability for this app to work. Lately I have been having problems not being able cannot connect my board to the app ruining some first time e-board experiences for my friends since I couldn't lower the power level. As of now the only way I could connect my board to the app is by restarting my phone and hoping for a chance to connect. Please fix this problem!!!

The app is mostly a companion to the skateboard. As that function it works reasonably well. You’ll likely only use it to check battery level or change modes. Frequently, it has trouble connecting to the board especially if you background the app after it connected once. Killing the app and re-opening usually fixes it. Not a huge issue since I rarely change modes. It would be nice if the app included an Apple Watch app so I could change modes and look at the battery level without pulling out my phone. One of the few apps that really makes sense on Apple Watch.

The new update keeps on crashing I have to delete it and reinstall the app for like million times!! for me to switch on n off the lights. Please do something about it.

Now i cant turn on the headlight of my Blink S2 because the app won’t stay on the screen and crashes. What is going on. Fix this please.

The app closes on me when i open it I literally fell the other day because I couldn’t get the light on and now I am thinking about filing a law suit

Really happy with the board but the app keeps crashing!!! I can’t turn on lights or adjust modes, it’s works once or twice then starts to crash and won’t stay open, I tried it with other peoples phones and it’s the same result so it’s not my phone it’s this app, PLEASE!!! Fix this bug as I’d like to ride worth free, the star count will go up as soon as this gets addressed, thanks
