Great app to help me remember appointments AND to do tasks!!

I love how this app syncs ALL of my calendars connected to my iPhone (including google calendar) with my iPhone reminders. Everything I need to do for my entire day is one place, whether it's a scheduled appointment or task to complete, and I don't have to switch back and forth between different apps to see everything. That extremely helpful. Turning to do lists or tasks into scheduled appointments or deadlines is pretty easy. The ability to make separate projects layers of tasks keeps things very organized and accessible. Things that would make this app even better would be the ability to create lists in a notes section that are separate from tasks to complete or things to get done and pc version that syncs as well so I don't have to get my phone when I'm working on the computer. Overall, very pleased with this app. Compared with all of the other To Do apps (and I've tried A LOT!) this one is by far the better choice because of the calendar sync option and way lower price.

I tried many apps including very expensive ones and this is the best thought GTD app. You can easily flag action with context, project, priority, tags and more. And easily view on those dimensions.

Had been looking for a simple to manage agenda, and this one is powerful, organization is a breeze and the app is beautiful, simple and to the point. Great Price for all you get!

This app is great. It has everything I could possibly want or need. From the calendar to all the lists so that I can make different projects to everything else. I couldn't be happier with it. I have literally tried every single calendar app they have out there. And this one is the best of them all.

For my money, time and effort ActionAgenda is simply the best organization app for iPhone that I've tried. Appointments, reminders and tasks are each clearly displayed and each is easily accessed/edited with minimal effort. For those that prefer Toodledo for tasks it too can be incorporated/synced from within ActionAgenda. Try this app. You will not be disappointed.

Thanks for creating this app. I love it! It's easy to use with nice clean interface. I especially like the color coding, tags and that you can drag and drop into projects yet still see specific project items on the Focus (priority) list. Also love the fact that in addition to all the sort options I can also select manual sort and drag items wherever I want. Also lets me choose the color scheme and font size. The calendar & reminder interface on the iPhone is awesome. Overall, best app for managing all my To Dos and Projects! Thanks!

Love most of the updates in newest version, except that the travel time feature has been removed!!! It was extremely helpful to stay on time for appointments! Very disappointing!!
