The app won’t load. I just want to look at and use coupons, that’s all. But the app won’t even open now at all.
Need more than just projects

I can go to Pinterest for projects. What I need, and I’m sure many will agree, is an app that can give me store information. Like does my local A.C. Moore store carry the products I need? Are they cheaper than Michaels, or Joanne Fabrics?

Can’t register. I get the spinning wheel after the first page and can’t move on. Thing to enter my rewards ID but can’t make it to that page for text messages. Big sale going on but i’ll have to find another resource to see what it is. I notice customers have complained since February and there’s been no fix. It’s now August 10, 2018. Are you going to fix the App?

This is a terrible App: 1. Very confusing user interface 2. It’s not clear how to search for products What does “search projects” mean. Is that the same as search store? 3. even choosing the local store is bizarrely more complex than needed Basically all that the App needs to do is let the user search the store. It should be obvious and easy to use. Make “login” and “registration” a secondary option not thrown up in my face. In short keep it simple and address and highlight the primary function: let people search your store

Or their website for that matter? No where can you find what they sell, which is what the people want, and the app takes forever to load. What is the point of looking up projects if you cannot buy the supplies for it, or even see if your local store carries it and what the price is? They need to look at Michael’s and Joann’s to see what an app is supposed to be and do it. I keep getting “we miss you” emails with offers of 500 bonus points, but I refuse to drive 20 minutes to store without knowing if what I want to buy is actually there.

When trying to look at the sale flyer, a pop up appears asking you to sign up for the new server. There's no way to dismissed it in the phone so it covers the ad, making it useless. I only use the app for coupons.

App is always thinking. Takes almost 8 minutes to let me in. I’m done by the time that happens. I have deleted it and reinstalled and no good. PLEASE FIX IT!!

The worst thing about this app is trying to view the sales flyer. You cannot see the entire flyer, no matter if you enlarge it or try to scroll. I use Michaels and JoAnns apps to see what is on sale each week. Those apps show this information in list form that is easy to read. Please fix the AC Moore app so it can do the same thing.

The weekly add, holy cow! You can’t even read it. This app needs lots of work! I want to see the specials of the week.
