Love A.C. Moore just disappointed app and website

Since being able to purchase items on the website for A.C. Moore the app has gone down hill. I have always loved this app but now I can’t access it when I need it and again the website it down as well. Very disappointed. Hope to see some major changes soon and they get back on track as I like this business.

This app has always been fickled but now it won’t even open (actual website either)..something starts automatically checking my browser..I DO NOT LIKE THAT!!! I won’t come until I can see the weekly ad/coupons..I miss you AC Moore so please get this fixed

I have tried for about 2 weeks on my I phone and on my Android. I get nothing but the red screen that says A.C. Moore.

Blocker and coupons

A couple of days ago I couldn’t print coupons because I had blocked it. I never put a blocker on printing your coupons. I don’t even know how to put a blocker on anything. Also too many coupons are being sent and I’m constantly cleaning out these ads

I do LOVE the store, great prices, helpful staff, but the app & the mobile website are terrible. Constant login trouble on the app and I can’t even explain how frustrating the website is.

Omg, I’ve been using this app forever and this latest update is a DISASTER! It took me 30 minutes and three password resets to log in and when I finally did, he coupons were hard to find. I also can’t make them larger so they can be scanned at the register and now it is asking me to “print coupons” um... how about NO, I’m not using a paper coupon, it is like taking a step back in time! *sigh* Michaels crafts is .5 miles away and their app still works very well so I guess I will be heading there. Fix your app ACMoore! March 23, 2019 and this app is still garbage. I had to reset my password AGAIN even though I have it written down from the last time. This used to be one of my favorite apps but even after I get logged in, the site is jumbled and a general mess. It takes forever to find what you’re looking for. STILL NOT USER FRIENDLY.
