I paid for this game on an old phone I had. Once I got my new phone and downloaded the game it said I had to pay for it again. Do I really have to pay for it again or is there a way I can get it back again without having to pay for it.

My little brother loves the youtube Dave and Ava! It’s all that’s ever on tv. We all sing the songs, roll off the couch when the ten on the bed or, five little monkeys/kittens comes on! So I decided to get this app for him to play when I let him use my phone. I downloaded it and opened the app...okay just have to hold down on the blue circle? It then takes me to an in app purchase ? thanks Dave and Ava, thanks. (I know that your just trying to get some money ? but please let us use at least half the alphabet not just ABC)

Cannot restore purchase

After my son deleted the app it won’t let you restore the purchase, the button does not work and wants me to buy it again.

I got this app yesterday, and tested it, and I see that it is completely kid friendly. Although I am 15 going on 16 I love your channel, and I have a few cousins who I think would absolutely love it. It makes it even more fun when you can color in what that letter is for, and all you have to do to trace the letter is drag the really hungry bug along the dotted line to the fruit.

Won’t Restore

I love this app. My daughters love them too. But I bought the app on my phone. We family share apps a lot but this app won’t restore on their iPads or iPhones. That’s my only problem with the series of apps from Dave and Ava.

My kids love Dave and Ava, but $60 is ridiculous for an app I don’t care how awesome it is. So I thought hey cool this one is free we can do letters. But no, you can only do ABC and then you have to pay for it. That’s some bs. And it’s a subscription regardless the responses to other reviews I’ve seen say.

Loved the app but it’s tracing doesn’t work on my iPad!

My daughter is in love with this app. But the pictures go away and it’s just blank white screen once she fills in the color and the tracing letter part doesn’t come at all while using this app on my iPad having iOS 10.1.2. The app works perfectly on my iPhone 6S plus but I prefer for her to use it on the iPad due to bigger screen compared to iPhone.

Although the app itself is very cute, I specifically downloaded it because it was advertised in one of their videos as FREE. As it turns out, only letters A, B, and C are free, then you have to pay $2.99 to unlock the rest of the alphabet.

Bad placement of the arrow key doesn’t allow child to stay till end of letter task

no can hear!

Don’t like the arrow keys, my child keeps pressing it and moves to the next letter as well as the home key.
