Family sharing after purchasing doesn’t work

I should of read the reviews before I purchased. But my daughter just loved the first 3 letters. I can’t get the purchase on to my iPad. I bought on my iPhone 7. Please help! I’ve already emailed the developer.

This is the only review I've left for an App because it is EXCEPTIONAL. I paid $3 for it and if it's worth it I don't mind. I'm having a hard time finding good toddler apps. They all want you to pay, pay, pay and keep paying. I've had this for one month but he loves this App. He became so frustrated today over another App that has nice graphics, so I paid $3 for it and that wasn't good enough they wanted more money and my toddler finds these purchase prompts very frustrating. And in turn I am frustrated. This Dave and Ava App is easy to navigate for him and does not frustrate him at all. This is by far the best app I have come across. I'm going to get the Dave and Ava Farm Animal App next.

The app and interface are top notch and I think will really help kids to learn. However I bought the app thinking there was more than only the tracing parts. I wish there were at least lower case letters, letter matching and maybe a few games would be great! Maybe in some updates?

My son loves Dave and Ava! This is such a great app for him to learn the alphabet. He is only 16 months old and is already tracing the letters and scratching off the pictures.

We love this game at my house. We discovered Dave & Ava on YouTube because my kids (3 and 2) love to listen to nursery rhymes while they play. When I saw they had an app to learn the alphabet, I downloaded it to give it a try. We ended up buying the full version of the app (which costs less than $5), because it is so helpful! My three year old knows some of the sounds a letter makes as well as being able to recognize the letter. This app is such a help to a mommy who doesn’t know where to start with teaching my kids all they need to know ♥️

What a great follow up for a show my 3 and 1 year old daughter are already in love with! I wish I could get the game to play on my old IPad 2 but it maxes out at iOS 9.4.3 or something and the games need at least iOS 10. Don’t care! I’ll have their grandma download it on her iPad and it’s already on my phone. Poking the tracing lady bugs result in endless laughter and coloring to reveal her favorite characters is so satisfying! Totally worth the money!

I first tested this on my phone and loved how it worked! So I downloaded it on my daughters iPad and paid the $2.99 to unlock all the features, only to find that when it gets to the animation and tracing, the screen goes blank. Bummer.

This app is truly amazing, it has helped my daughter learn how to trace all her capital letters. The only suggestion I would make for improvement is: PLEASE ADD LOWER CASE LETTERS! Please make another app for lower case, or add a setting where you can switch from capital to lower case for those who are ready to learn both! That being said... I’m glad it doesn’t show up like “Aa” with both right next to each other because that’s too confusing for little ones. I would love a separate app or setting so my daughter can do one at a time! There are also a few things that i noticed about the letters themselves. I wish the letter “I” had lines on top and bottom like the standard letter “I” that they learn in preschool instead of a straight up and down line, because this is confusing my daughter. She now thinks capital “I” is the same as lower case “L”. I also wish that “J” had the line across the top because this is also confusing my daughter. Definitely worth the $3 for hours of fun and learning with your toddler! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ALL TODDLER PARENTS! My favorite part of this app I haven’t even mentioned yet... ITS SAFE! There are no nasty or inappropriate hidden messages like many kids cartoons on television or YouTube. Just clean, safe, kid friendly learning. I have gone through the app at least three times and it’s perfectly clean, appropriate, and kid-friendly. And there are no commercials or advertisements distracting kids from learning!! There’s also no way for anybody to communicate, message, or contact your child in any way. This app is a wonderful. Please please please add a lower case setting!!! I love it! I don’t want to use any other brand after seeing how great Dave and Ava is!

I paid for the full app and the animations do not show. I have an ipad version 10.3.3 still does not work. Very disappointing, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
